Andrew Mondi

Andrew Mondi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, management, and operational excellence. Currently serving as Co-Founder of TimberFiber and involved in new business development at both Nsyte and FATHOM5, Andrew also operates as a Search Fund Entrepreneur and CEO of Lyndhurst Capital, which focuses on acquiring and operating small to mid-market firms. Previously, Andrew held key positions at Emerson, where responsibilities included profit and loss management and strategic planning, as well as an operations supervisor role at Caterpillar overseeing large engine assembly. Andrew's academic background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in General Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
