Enoch Shih

COO at Fathom

Enoch Shih has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Enoch is currently employed as the COO at Fathom, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant, providing startup advice since 2022. Enoch also served as a Limited Partner at Operator Collective.

Before their current roles, Enoch worked at Gusto for seven years, where they held various leadership positions. As the Chief Customer Officer, they played a crucial role in growing revenue and valuation. Enoch led a 1,000-person team, focusing on achieving world-class Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). Their expertise includes Modern Go-To-Market (GTM) and Customer Experience (CX), with a specialization in B2SMB SaaS and proactive sales and service.

Enoch's earlier experiences include working as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group from 2012 to 2015. Enoch also worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in the Strategy, Measurement, & Evaluation department in 2011. Prior to that, they served as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2007 to 2010. Enoch's career began with the New America Foundation as a John Glenn Institute Fellow in 2006.

Enoch Shih holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they were honored as an Arjay Miller Scholar. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Accounting, as well as a Master's degree in Accounting, both with Summa Cum Laude honors, from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. In addition to their formal education, Enoch also obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
