José Luis Guerrero Campos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. José Luis started their career in 2000 as a Senior Technical Instructor and Innovation Project Lead at Universidad de Piura, where they trained individuals in Embedded Systems and led technological innovation projects. José Luis then joined Sandvik Mining and Construction in 2008 as the Head of Competence Development, responsible for designing and deploying technical training programs and managing indicators for knowledge management. José later joined Nyrstar Peru in 2012 as the Training and Development Superintendent, where they assessed training needs, managed learning projects, and developed certification programs for heavy machinery operators. In 2013, they became the Head of Learning and Development at Votorantim Metais, leading the implementation of learning and development processes and utilizing Korn-Ferry methodology for career plans and succession planning. José joined Sandvik in 2015 as the Sales Planning & Process Lead, formulating supply chain processes and maintaining inventory parameters. José Luis then worked at Hexagon Mining from 2018 to 2021, first as a Sales Account Manager in the Andean Region and later as a Technical Support Manager, responsible for technical support contracts and team development. Most recently, José has been working as a LATAM Business Manager at TIMining since 2021, focusing on identifying and developing opportunities in the Latin American mining market for digital solutions. In 2022, they joined Fatigue Science as a LATAM Sales Account.
