Ayesha Sheikh

Ayesha Sheikh currently serves as Lead OD & Performance at Fatima Group since April 2023. Previously, Ayesha held multiple roles at US Group from December 2020 to April 2023, including Senior Manager HR & Diversity and Manager HR & Diversity. Ayesha's experience also includes a position as Human Resources Manager at METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Limited for a brief period in 2020 and various roles at Pepsi-Cola from September 2006 to August 2019, including Human Resources Lead and Facilities Lead. Ayesha began their career at Lahore University of Management Sciences, serving as Faculty Coordinator for the School of Social Sciences & Humanities from 2003 to 2006. Ayesha obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of the Punjab between December 2012 and December 2014.
