Farheen Haider

Farheen Haider is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as HR Manager at Fatima Jinnah Dental College since April 2023, Farheen previously held positions including Human Resources Manager at Zindagi Trust, Head of Human Resources at HUBONE Technology FZCO, and HR Incharge at Sindh Microfinance Bank Limited. Farheen's expertise includes training needs assessment, administration of employee compensation and benefits, grievance resolution, recruitment processes, and the formulation of HR policies and procedures.
