Caroline Pimentel

Caroline Pimentel has extensive experience in human resources and clinical psychology, currently serving as an Analista De RH at Fattoria Web since July 2016, a digital agency specializing in technology, outsourcing, design, marketing, and performance media. In addition, Caroline has been involved in clinical psychology since February 2012, focusing on cognitive-behavioral psychology integrated with neuroscience. Earlier, from January 2007 to August 2012, Caroline worked as an HR analyst, coordinating recruitment and selection, training and development, and psychological evaluations. Caroline holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology from CPAF - Universidade Cândido Mendes and has pursued additional studies in cognitive psychology and eating disorders at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, as well as training in HR and DISC methodology from FGV and Solides.
