Fran Burke

Fran Burke has extensive experience in the construction and environmental management sectors. Serving as Executive Vice President at Faulconer Construction since November 2004, Fran has overseen a diverse portfolio of major site development and heavy highway construction projects. In addition, Fran holds principal positions at CS Jackson LLC DBA CS Air & Environmental since January 2012, focusing on air filtration systems, and at Burke Enterprise Inc since December 2002, specializing in construction claims and management consulting. Since May 2020, Fran has also been a principal at US Energy Management. Educational qualifications include an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's degree in Construction Management from King's University College.
