Dave Haas

Dave Haas is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the CEO and Chief Scientist at FaunaLabs since April 2021. Previously, Haas earned a PhD in Marine Science and Conservation from Duke University Nicholas School of the Environment from August 2014 to November 2021. Earlier roles include a research assistant position at the University of Washington, focusing on the foraging ecology of bottlenose dolphins in Southwestern Australia, and various senior leadership positions within the gaming industry, including EVP Worldwide Game Studios at PopCap Games and roles at Sabertooth Games and Seer Logistics. Haas's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Marine Biology from the University of Washington.
