Eyal Amir

Eyal Amir has a wealth of experience in the fields of data science and machine learning. Eyal began their career in 2001 as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2007, they took on the role of Senior Data Scientist at Fraud Sciences. In 2012, they were a Co-Founder of Faspark through the Startup Leadership Program. In 2013, they served as a Chief Data Scientist (Consultant) at 6sense. In 2014, they were recruited to Adobe as Senior Manager of Machine Learning & Algorithms. In 2016, they founded Parknav, where they held the roles of CEO, Chief Data Scientist, and VP Machine Learning. Additionally, they have served as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Computer Science and Associate Professor (tenured) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign since 2004.

Eyal Amir obtained their B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University in 1992, followed by an M.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the same university in 1994. Eyal completed their Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University in 2002.
