Chin Lai Yee

Chin Lai Yee has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Chin started in 2009 as a Marketing Executive at Boncafe Malaysia. In 2011, they joined Groupon Malaysia as a Business Consultant, eventually becoming a Team Leader and Senior Business Consultant specializing in the Beauty and Services category. Chin worked closely with their team to generate business in various industries. In 2017, they moved to Fave as a Business Development Manager in the Beauty category, where they led a team of six managers and successfully grew supply from 0 to over 2000 locations. Chin also worked on improving conversion rates and studying market trends to expand the business. Later, they took on the role of Head of Sales in the Lifestyle and Beauty & Wellness markets, responsible for expanding revenues and leading a team of Business Development Managers. Most recently, they have served as the Head of Sales and Business Development for the Klang Valley and the rest of Malaysia at Fave.

Chin Lai Yee completed their education in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Chin obtained a diploma from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology from 2007 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in the same field at Liverpool John Moores University in 2010.
