Steve Chin, MBA

Steve Chin, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Steve is currently working in the CEO's Office at Fave since 2022. Prior to that, they held positions at Bank of China as part of the Financial Institutions, NBFI team, where they contributed to the internationalization of Renminbi and received recognition for excellence projects. Steve also worked at Maybank Kim Eng in the Regional Strategy & Business Management team, focusing on market entry and growth strategies.

Before joining Maybank Kim Eng, Steve participated in the MBA program at Lancaster University Management School, where they excelled academically and received several awards and recognition. Steve also gained experience as a Strategy Management Consultant at RBS and Daimler Financial Services, providing strategic advice and formulating commercial propositions.

Steve's career started at OCBC Bank, where they quickly rose through the ranks from Assistant Manager to Assistant Vice President in Corporate Banking. Steve managed a portfolio of complex credit relationships for government-linked companies and expanded the bank's business franchise through cross-selling various products and services.

Earlier in their career, Steve worked at Maybank Kim Eng as an Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Assistant Manager in the Corporate Finance department. Steve focused on originating, structuring, and executing corporate proposals in compliance with Capital Markets' guidelines and regulations.

In 2009, Steve Chin earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours degree in Commerce from Liverpool John Moores University.
