Caitlin Etherton

Caitlin Etherton, RDN has a diverse work experience in various industries. Caitlin started their career as a Camp Counselor and Lifeguard at Pine Cove in 2014. Caitlin then worked as a Team Member at a Chick-fil-A franchise, where they gained skills in customer service, cashiering, and event marketing. In 2015, Caitlin interned at St. David's Foundation, where they had the opportunity to work in both Community Affairs and Human Resources departments, gaining valuable skills in various areas. In 2017, they interned at Seton Healthcare Family, UnitedHealth Group, and Optum, where they gained experience in corporate wellness and conducted nutrition coaching sessions for clients. Caitlin then joined Chick-fil-A franchise as the Director of Marketing and Catering, where they played a crucial role in increasing sales and app user-base. Currently, they are working at Favor Delivery as an Integration Lead since November 2021. Throughout their career, Caitlin has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a passion for promoting health and wellness.

Caitlin Etherton, RDN, obtained their Bachelor's of Science degree in the Coordinated Program in Dietetics from The University of Texas at Austin in 2017. Caitlin is also a Registered Dietician (RD), certified by the Commission On Dietetic Registration. Additionally, they hold a ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification from the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).
