Christopher Aleman

Christopher Aleman has extensive experience in support and development roles, primarily with Favor Delivery since September 2016. As the Knowledge Program Lead, Christopher is responsible for developing protocols and resources to facilitate smooth transitions within the Favor Support team while enhancing the knowledge base infrastructure. Previously, Christopher served as a Support Readiness Coordinator and held various roles including Runner Experience Support Specialist and Favor Care Support Specialist. Prior to joining Favor, Christopher worked as a Program Specialist and Youth Development Specialist with the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area from May 2015 to May 2020, and as a Substitute Teacher with the Austin Independent School District from August 2015 to May 2016. Christopher holds an Associate's degree in Education from Austin Community College, earned between 2014 and 2016.
