Daleth Mountjoy

Daleth Mountjoy is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality assurance, management, and communication. Currently serving as QA Analyst II at Favor Delivery since August 2020, Daleth has developed and launched a comprehensive QA program, conducted audits, and provided coaching opportunities. Prior roles include Trust and Safety Analyst, focusing on fraud prevention, and various management positions in hospitality and communications, such as Bar Manager at Holiday Acres Resort and Production Manager at Kim Swisher Communications Specialist. Daleth's earlier experience includes reporting for Northwoods River News and teaching English to non-native speakers in Japan.
