Daniel G.

Daniel G. serves as the Chief Legal Officer for Favor Delivery since August 2018, providing strategic legal counsel across various domains including business transactions, contracts, compliance, litigation, corporate governance, and public policy. Prior to this role, Daniel G. was the Head of Legal, managing the company's legal department. Concurrently, Daniel G. has held the position of Managing Counsel & Director at HEB since January 2014, focusing on technology, eCommerce, and gig-economy matters while advising business leaders and overseeing compliance programs. Earlier experience includes working as a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate at Jones Day from September 2008 to December 2013, where Daniel G. advised on high-value mergers and acquisitions, and a brief tenure in the Strategic Transactions Group at MasterCard. Daniel G. earned a Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from The University of Texas-Pan American.
