Paul Krause

Paul Krause is an experienced engineering manager with a comprehensive background in software development and management across multiple companies. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Favor Delivery since August 2023, Paul previously held positions as Engineering Manager at Rev.com and Director of Engineering at CAMP Systems International, Inc. Paul has also contributed to ESO in several roles including Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Application Platform. Early career experiences include positions at Dell Inc. as Senior IT Manager and software development roles at Dell IT, The CBORD Group, Inc., and Diebold Inc. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Baylor University, obtained in 1999. Areas of expertise include mentoring engineers, conducting hiring interviews, overseeing architectural design, and implementing agile software methodologies.
