Santiago Spraggon's work experience starts in 2005 when they joined Ternium as a Global Supply Chain Intelligence. Santiago then became a Maintenance Manager from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, Santiago also worked as a Lead Consultant at Mercer and as a Plant Leader at Alquería Colombia. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an Operations Manager at Amazon (Pathways) - NA Customer Fulfillment. After that, they held various roles at Amazon, including Sr. Manager - Worldwide Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) from 2014 to 2016, Sr. Manager - International Supply Chain USA - Mexico from 2016 to 2018, and Head of Strategic Initiatives - Engineering Reliability from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, Santiago became the Head of Centers of Excellence - Reliability and Engineering at Amazon. In 2021, they joined Capsule as the Sr. Director of Operations, and in 2023, they became the Vice President Operations at Favor Delivery.

Santiago Spraggon completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Supply Chain Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they graduated in 2013.
