Katherine Xiao

Katherine Xiao is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in operations and consulting. Currently engaged with Fay since 2024, Katherine also serves as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, a position held since 2022. Previous experience includes a role as a Summer Consultant at Oliver Wyman in 2021 and as Digital Director for Duke FORM Magazine from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, Katherine managed community and social media at FlowCycle China in 2020 and held leadership positions in Delta Sigma Pi as Co-Senior Vice President during 2019-2020. Early career roles include Business Development at MiResource and Investor at ShangBay Capital, both in 2019. Katherine holds a Bachelor's degree from Duke University and completed education at Concordia International School of Shanghai.
