Loren Morris

Loren Morris has extensive experience in the mortgage and real estate services industry. From 2013 to the present, Loren has served as the Chief Legal Officer at Fay Financial, LLC, where they oversee all legal and regulatory affairs and transaction management. Prior to this, Loren held roles such as SVP, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Retreat Capital Management, Inc., SVP, Servicing Outreach Executive at Bank of America, and President & CEO of LJM Associates, LLC, where they provided consulting services to the mortgage banking/servicing industry. Loren also has experience working at Goldman Sachs, HSBC Mortgage Services, and Household Commercial Financial Services, Inc., where they held various management positions and provided legal support to the mortgage and commercial financial services divisions.

Loren Morris has a Juris Doctor degree in Law from The University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. Additionally, Loren has a Certificate in Business Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Loren also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
