Minal Patel

Minal Patel has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, they held the role of VP, Application Support at Fay Financial since September 2021. Prior to that, Minal held various positions at RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation, starting as a Mortgage Loan Adjustor 1 at Wells Fargo. At RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation, Minal served as a Loan Administration Specialist, Special Loans Representative, Servicing Transfers Project Manager, Servicing Transfers Supervisor, and finally as the Servicing Transfers Manager. During their tenure, Minal led high-risk and high-impact projects, identified and resolved inefficiencies, established protocols and key performance indicators, managed large volume service releases, and collaborated with offshore teams. Minal also successfully developed and implemented processes related to lien releases and satisfaction.

Minal Patel pursued their education from 2007 to 2011 at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Alongside their major, they also completed a minor in International Business during this period.
