Josh Perkins

Josh Perkins is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, building maintenance, and customer service. Currently a Sales Associate at Fay Myers Motorcycle World since February 2016, Josh previously served as the Chief Building Engineer at Vail's Mountain Haus, managing daily operations and overseeing staff and contractors for a 75-unit condo-tel. With a rich history as a Ski Instructor for Vail Resorts and as the President of JMP Property Services, Josh has built a successful commercial improvement business. Josh's technical expertise extends to roles like Building Engineer at Arrabelle at Vail Square, where customer service and safety were prioritized, and Interm Facility Manager at Pretty Lake Vacation Camp.
