Nikki Westman

Broker at Fay Ranches

Nikki Westman is a Fay Ranches broker specializing in luxury homes on acreage in Washington State. Growing up helping her family’s custom homebuilding and landscape construction businesses in Washington, Nikki’s love for all things land and home spurred her to change careers in 2016 to follow her real estate passion. After becoming a licensed real estate agent, Nikki quickly became one of the top-producing agents in rural Thurston County, carving a niche selling high-end custom homes to buyers looking for a home with land. Joining Fay Ranches in Washington allows Nikki the opportunity to share her life-long knowledge of land and connections in the land industry to help buyers and sellers around the state.

Although Nikki grew up in the rural homebuilding industry, she took a few detours before returning to her roots. A dedicated basketball player, Nikki played for Pacific Lutheran University, where she was named 2006 Northwest Conference MVP as a junior after leading her team to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Division III national tournament and the Northwest Conference women’s basketball championship. Nikki credits basketball for shaping her mentality as a real estate professional—being the best takes time, commitment, and hard work.

After graduating college with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work, Nikki spent the next decade working in the mental health and healthcare industries. It was during the process of working with her dad to find land and build her first home that Nikki’s love of real estate was sparked. After selling that home a year later, she was hooked. Nikki made the decision to return to what she knew land and houses.
