Andrew Barker currently serves as the Director of Residential Life and History Teacher at Fay School, overseeing a residential program for 150 students and more than 50 faculty and staff members, while teaching ancient civilization courses and coaching varsity wrestling. Previous experience includes roles at Eaglebrook School where Andrew was a History Teacher, Dorm Head, and Athletic Coach, managing student dormitories and teaching Greek and Roman history, as well as serving in various capacities during summer sessions. Andrew's educational background includes a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Bridgewater State University, along with degrees in Sports Management and Business Management from other institutions. Andrew’s varied roles reflect a commitment to education, athletic coaching, and student mentorship across multiple age groups and settings.
