Naminga Nanguku has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2012, they worked as a Customer Service Agent at British Airways for four months. In 2014, they served as a Debt Manager at Madison Finance for a brief period. In 2017, they worked as an Office Administrator at Chizo Investments Limited. Moving forward, in 2020, they served as a Research Assistant at the Ministry of Home Affairs: Commissioner for Refugees, and later as an Internship Trainee at the same ministry. In 2021, Naminga started working as a Registration Clerk at the Ministry of Health (Kalingalinga Health Center), and they currently hold the position of a Customer Service Representative at Fay Servicing, LLC.

Naminga Nanguku began their education history in 2011 by obtaining a Certificate in Computer Studies from the University of Zambia. In the same year, they also studied Chinese Language at the Confucius Institute at the University of Zambia. Following this, in 2012, Naminga pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Development Studies with Public Administration from the University of Zambia, which they completed in 2016. In 2016, Naminga attended Alliance Française to study the French Language levels 1 and 2. In 2018, they enrolled at the University of Zambia once again and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Applied Ethics in Philosophy in 2021. Finally, from 2023 to 2026, Naminga pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law at Copperbelt University.
