Olivier Fluet

Olivier Fluet has extensive work experience in various managerial roles within the industrial sector. Olivier is currently working as the Group COO at Fayat Metal. Previously, they served as the Plant Director/COO at EURENCO and was responsible for production, supply chain, engineering, and other corporate functions. Prior to that, they worked as the Aftermarket Business Unit Director at Safran, overseeing activities related to MRO and collaborating with other departments. Olivier also served as the Spares Logistic & Production Manager at Zodiac Aerospace and was responsible for customer support and logistics. Additionally, Olivier has experience as a Responsible Production and Industrial Transfer Manager at ALCEN and as a Production Manager at Ruralinox SARL, where they oversaw production and implemented various projects.

Olivier Fluet's education history is as follows:

- From 2022 to 2023, Olivier attended ASCM - MGCS Institute and obtained a degree in APICS CPIM Part 2 V7, specializing in Supply Chain.

- In 2017 and 2018, Olivier attended CEGOS Paris, where they received a certification in "Diriger un centre de profits - Business Unit" with a focus on Strategie et Direction.
