Tess Heilpern

Tess Heilpern has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Tess began as an intern at Caviar Content, where they scouted set locations and actors and assisted with on-set production. Tess then interned at Young Communications Group, Inc., where they focused on strategic communications for social marketing and non-profit organizations. Tess also interned at PMK•BNC, a PR agency, assisting with various tasks.

In 2016, Tess interned at Autumn Communications, a PR agency that specialized in fashion, lifestyle, food, entertainment, and technology. Tess'sresponsibilities included updating social media lists, conducting research, and assisting with client pitches and special events.

From 2017 to 2019, Tess worked at Sugarfina, Inc. as a Digital Marketing Associate, driving marketing strategy through online and offline channels. Tess was responsible for email marketing, digital advertising, and brand partnerships. Tess also worked as a Senior Digital Marketing Associate, focusing on campaign execution and analytics.

From 2017 to 2018, Tess worked as an intern at Edoughble, a start-up producing edible cookie dough. Tess gained experience in various aspects of building a company, including marketing, branding, logistics, and customer service.

From 2019 to 2021, Tess served as a Digital Marketing Manager at Kate Somerville Skincare, LLC. Tess handled website and digital/CRM strategy, email marketing, and digital advertising.

In 2022, Tess worked as an MBA intern at Good Company, managing marketing strategy across the business through online channels. Tess also provided consultation on website strategy and executed marketing and promotional initiatives.

Currently, Tess Heilpern serves as a Senior Growth Manager at Faye, starting in 2023.

Tess Heilpern began their education at the University of Southern California in 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree. Tess'smajor was in Communication, and they also pursued a minor in Entrepreneurship. Tess completed their undergraduate studies in 2017. Following this, they enrolled in the Sofaer Global MBA program at Tel Aviv University from 2021 to 2022, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree. Immediately after, Tess attended ESCP Business School in 2022, also earning a Master of Business Administration degree. The field of study for both MBA programs is unspecified.
