Katie Pace Quattlebaum

Katie Pace Quattlebaum has a diverse work background with experience in various roles and organizations. Katie currently serves as the President of Elevating Missions Consulting, a position they have held since May 2023. In addition, they are the Director of Community Development at Fayette County Development Authority, starting in July 2023. Previously, Katie worked at Southern Conservation Trust as a Transition Advisor from May 2023 to August 2023 before transitioning to the role of CEO/Executive Director from August 2016 to May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at MAP International in multiple roles, including Marketing Communications Officer from July 2015 to August 2016, Public Content Specialist from May 2013 to June 2015, and Major Gifts Officer from April 2012 to May 2013. Katie began their career as a Senior Admissions Counselor at Campbell University, where they worked from August 2007 to September 2011.
