Niki Knox Vanderslice

Niki Knox Vanderslice has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Niki is currently serving as a Consultant at Integritas Consulting LLC and also holds the position of President & CEO at Fayette County Development Authority. Prior to this, they worked as the COO at Maxfield Investments. Niki has extensive experience in the public sector, having served as the Executive Director for Business Development/External Affairs at the Technical College System of Georgia and as the Director of Governmental Relations at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. Niki also has a background in economic development, having worked as a Senior Community Economic Development Consultant at Georgia EMC, where they provided assistance to communities across Georgia. Niki has held positions such as Downtown Representative for Regions 1,2 & 4 at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, Main Street Director at the City of Valdosta, and Main Street Manager at the City of Douglas.

Niki Knox Vanderslice holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Development and Leadership, which they obtained from Saint Joseph's University between 2011 and 2013. Niki completed their undergraduate studies at Georgia Southwestern State University, where they earned a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended ABAC and obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Political Science from 1997 to 2000.
