Charles Owens

Charles Owens has extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as a Detective in the Criminal Investigation Division at Fayette County Sheriff's Office since August 2004. Prior to this role, Charles was a Sergeant at Geary County Sheriff's Office, responsible for supervising officers under Sheriff Jim Jensen from August 2000 to July 2004. Charles's military background includes serving as a Personnel Administrative Specialist in the US Army from April 1994 to April 2002. Charles Owens pursued education at Barton Community College between 1999 and 2004.
