Luis Velez

Luis Velez currently serves as the Dean of Corporate and Industry Training and Data Analyst at Fayetteville Technical Community College, where responsibilities include providing academic and administrative support and serving as a data analysis expert. Previous experience includes senior roles in the US Army, such as Senior Army Advisor to the Puerto Rico National Guard and multiple leadership positions within the XVIII Airborne Corps and U.S. European Command, focusing on logistics, operations, and management of extensive personnel and resources. Luis Velez holds a Master of Science in Logistics Management from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Inter American University of Puerto Rico-Aguadilla.
