William P. is an experienced professional in retail and auxiliary enterprises, currently serving as the Director of Retail and Auxiliary Enterprises at Fayetteville Technical Community College since January 2014. In this role, William leads multi-channel retail and service operations, focusing on revenue growth, aligning with the College's mission, and upholding high standards of customer service. Previous positions include Admissions Evaluator, Assistant Director of Bookstore, and Merchandise Coordinator at Fayetteville Technical Community College, and Store Manager/Multi-unit Manager at GameStop, along with managerial experience at Blockbuster. William holds a Master of Education in Adult Education from East Carolina University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fayetteville State University, and two associate degrees from Fayetteville Technical Community College. Additionally, William is enrolled in the Institute of Community Leadership to further enhance leadership skills.
