Bob Tepper

Bob Tepper, M.D., serves as a science advisor and board member to Faze Medicines and is also a co-founder and partner at Third Rock Ventures. Bob is a distinguished scientist with more than 30 years of experience building and operating leading R&D organizations in the biotech industry. Prior to founding Third Rock, Bob was president of R&D at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, where he was vital in the company’s expansion from a drug discovery company to a fully integrated biopharmaceutical company. He also co-founded Cell Genesys/Abgenix. Bob currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. He received his M.D. from Harvard Medical School.
