Filipe Silva is an experienced hospitality professional with a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco. Currently serving as General Manager at Fazenda Rodizio Bar & Grill since October 2016, Filipe has also held positions as Deputy General Manager and Assistant Manager within the same establishment. Prior to this role, Filipe was the Restaurant Manager at Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre from June 2014 to October 2016 and worked as Operations Supervisor at Mercure ST. Pauls Hotel & Spa from November 2010 to June 2014.
