Ruben Rodrigues has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, starting as a waiter and working their way up to General Manager at Fazenda Rodizio Bar & Grill. Prior to that, Ruben served as an Escanção/Sommelier at Choupana Hills, where Ruben managed wine stock and advised customers on wine pairing. With a degree in Tourism from Instituto Superior de Lisboa e Vale do Tejo, Ruben also has experience in customer service and data entry from their previous roles at Guerin and INE.
