Prior to this role, Tim served in various scouting positions within Major League Baseball, including a Professional Scout for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and an Amateur Scout for the New York Yankees. Tim began a baseball career as a professional player for Major League Baseball from 1986 to 1997. Additionally, Tim owned M Winery from 2005 to 2008 and has experience in commercial real estate as a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Colliers International. Tim's academic background includes studies at the University of Minnesota from 1983 to 1986.
