Andjelija Zlatanovic

Andjelija Zlatanovic currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at FAZI Company since July 2025. Prior to this role, Andjelija worked at symphony.is for over five years, initially as the Branch Manager, where responsibilities included workforce management and employee engagement, before transitioning to the position of Human Resources Manager, focusing on people strategies and high-performance culture. Earlier experience includes a role as People and Culture Executive at Philip Morris International, where strategic HR support was provided across various organizational functions, and a position as HR Services Executive, participating in HR operations across South East Europe. Andjelija began a career in marketing as a Marketing & Sales Consultant at BANKER radio from July 2013 to February 2016, gaining valuable experience in client relations and campaign development.
