Chris Markovich has a range of experience in the restaurant industry. Starting in 2004, they worked as the Director of Company Operations for Damon's International, where they successfully increased profitability and improved overall operations. In 2007, they took on the role of Executive VP Operations at D3C, where they played a key role in creating systems and policies for a start-up Dunkin Donut franchisee. Chris then worked as an Operating Consultant for CDB Investments/Eldorado Management, where they turned around underperforming locations by implementing cultural change and reducing costs. In 2010, Markovich joined Fazoli's Restaurant Management, LLC as the Director of Company Operations, overseeing 63 restaurants and achieving significant results through an active management strategy. Most recently, they have been serving as the Director of Restaurant Services at Levy Restaurants since 2017.

Chris Markovich attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing.
