Eugen Pauls

Eugen Pauls has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Eugen started their career as a Chemical Laboratory Technician at the Federal Research Centre, where they worked on a project researching new methods of producing oil from biomass. Eugen then moved on to work as a Laboratory Technician at the University of Hamburg's Chemical Technology Department, where they conducted solubility experiments and analyzed reaction products.

After that, Eugen worked as a Laboratory Technician and Safety Officer at Solvias AG, where they were responsible for maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment according to quality assurance standards. Eugen then transitioned to the role of Environmental Technician at Wolpers Grahl Pty Limited, where they contributed to environmental testing and analysis.

In 2015, Eugen joined FazWaz as the Chief Data Officer, supporting the company in its early stages. Eugen then moved to DB Ventures (DBV) in 2018 as the Chief Operating Officer. At DBV, Eugen was responsible for product development, monetization strategies, SEO strategies, and traffic and lead generation for multiple startups.

Currently, Eugen is the Chief Product Officer at FazWaz, where they align product strategy with overall business objectives and deploys it throughout the organization. Eugen'sextensive experience in internet-oriented startups and software companies allows him to bring analytical and creative problem-solving skills to create value for users and customers.

Eugen Pauls began their education in 2002 at the University of Hamburg, where they pursued a degree in an unspecified field of study. Simultaneously, they embarked on an apprenticeship as a Chemical Laboratory Technician at the Faculty for Chemistry, Pharmacy, and Agriculture (G13) from 2002 to 2006, focusing on Analytical Chemistry. During this period, Eugen also attended the Thuenen Institute, specializing in Chemical Technology/Technician.
