Madeleine Kelly

Madeleine Kelly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law and technology. Since June 2013, Madeleine has held multiple roles at FB Rice, including Executive Board Member, Partner, Senior Associate, and Overseas Qualified Attorney. Prior to this, Madeleine served as the VIC Regional Committee Chair for the Licensing Executives Society of Australia and New Zealand (LESANZ Inc.) from January 2018 to October 2019 and was a Senior Associate and European Patent Attorney at FRKelly from October 2003 to January 2013. Madeleine's educational background includes a Master of Science in High Performance Computing from Trinity College Dublin, a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from University College Dublin, and a Master in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Melbourne. Additionally, Madeleine completed a course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2022.
