Nesel Casiano

Nesel Casiano has a diverse work experience, starting with a position as a Customer Service & Sales Associate at Sitel from 2007 to 2013. Casiano then joined Teleperformance as a Customer Service Specialist (SME) from 2013 to 2015, where they provided customer care and handled technical support calls. In 2015, Casiano became an Administrative Assistant at IBM, gaining extensive experience in administrative tasks for Singapore IBM employees. They worked at IBM until 2018, when they joined LEAP - A Company of ST Telemedia as a Sales Administrative Support, responsible for coordinating sales leads and opportunities. Currently, Casiano holds the role of Head of Client Relations at FBC Asia Pacific Inc, where they oversee client relations and previously served as the Sales Support and Administrative Lead.
