Melanie McSherry has extensive experience in application and network support, currently serving as the Application Support Tech Lead and BAU Scrum Master at FBD Insurance since April 2003. Previous roles at FBD Insurance include Network Support and various positions within the IT Service Desk, ranging from 1st to 2nd Line Support. Prior to FBD Insurance, Melanie worked as a Customer Service Representative at MJ Flood Ireland Ltd. and as a Customer Service Sales Representative at My PC. Melanie holds a QQI Level 7 National Diploma in Computing, Information Technology from Technological University Dublin, along with various certifications from institutions such as the Irish Management Institute, AgileBear, and Microsoft.
