Dominik Martin has extensive experience in the field of optoelectronics and semiconductor technology. Currently serving as a Researcher and Group Lead in Chip Technology within the Optoelectronics Department at Ferdinand-Braun-Institut, Leibniz-Institut für Höchstfrequenztechnik since January 2016, Dominik Martin previously held the position of Senior Engineer in TD Product Engineering at GLOBALFOUNDRIES Dresden, where responsibilities included integration and yield engineering for 28 nm technology, as well as yield forecasting and customer reporting. Earlier in the career, Dominik Martin worked as a Scientist at Namlab GmbH, focusing on scanning probe microscopy methods and the electrical characterization of various thin-films and memory applications. Educational achievements include a Dr. rer. nat. in Experimental Physics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a Diplom-Physiker degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Technische Universität Berlin.
