Remo Meister

Remo Meister has held the position of Direktor Kommunikation at FC Basel 1893 since January 2010, where responsibilities include overall leadership of the communication department, management of the communication team, and editorial oversight of all club media, including print magazines, the website, smartphone apps, FCB-TV, and social media. Prior roles at FC Basel included Leiter Corporate Communications, Leiter Marketingkommunikation, Leiter Medien-Management, and Leiter Web-Redaktion. Before joining FC Basel, Remo Meister worked as a Sportredakteur at Basler Zeitung and Baslerstab from 2005 to 2009. Remo Meister earned a Jurisprudence degree (Lic. iur.) from the University of Basel between 1999 and 2004.
