Cesar Velasco

Cesar Velasco serves as the Senior Director of Communications and International Business Development at FC Dallas since August 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing brand marketing and community initiatives while reporting to the Team President. In addition, Velasco holds a position on the Board of Governors for the Soccer Hall of Fame - Canada and operates PanicMedia as Owner and Associate Partner, providing consultancy in business development and partnerships. Previous roles include Director of Marketing, PR & Communications at Toronto FC and Director of Marketing at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd., among others. Velasco also has extensive experience in the corporate sector, with positions at Visa International and TETRA PAK, coupled with a solid educational background in mechanical engineering from Universidad Anahuac and coursework at Harvard University.
