Over the years, the club has earned a reputation for excellence, boasting an impressive list of achievements. FCMN has won the league championship title 5 times, in the seasons of 1970–71, 73–74, 77–78, 79–80, and 82–83, including a double-season in 1977-78 winning the state cup. FCMN's commitment to youth development is reflected in its +800 players at the FCMN school and +400 players at the FCMN youth department divided into 10 teams. All teams play competitively and professionally in the first-division leagues registered in the IFA. 25 academy and senior players of the club on average are members of the different Israeli National teams each season, and an average of 3 homegrown players are promoted to the senior team each season. The Netanya Stadium, built in 2012, holds 13,610 seats and provides a fantastic setting for FCMN's matches. The city of Netanya is located in the central coastal plain of Israel and provides a perfect location for the club. The club aims to keep its brand values, including young ambition, tradition, unique spirit, bonding with the fans, fresh, dynamic, creative, innovative, pluralism (LGBT), and ethnic and religious diversity. FCMN aims for professional success by winning cups and league titles, participating in european competitions, exporting talents, and maintaining financial stability by scouting young talents and handling long-term coaching commitments. In 2022, the club established its technological and digital unit - the "FCMN Innovation Hub."
