Kristian Kjær

Director of Recruitment & Head of Sports Law at FC Midtjylland

Kristian Kjær is currently the Head of Scandinavian Scouting & Sports Law at FC Midtjylland. Prior to this, they worked as a Master Thesis student at Aarhus University, writing their thesis on the topic of "Termination of Contract in International Football and Compensation."
