Susan Butka

Susan Butka currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at FCA since August 2015, building on a diverse background in human resources management. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Service Champ and Human Resources positions at RecCare Inc. and Wouch, Maloney & Co., LLP. At RecCare Inc., Susan collaborated with the founder to enhance employee engagement and retention, implementing performance management and professional development programs. At Wouch, Maloney & Co., LLP, initiatives involved developing a competency-based pay structure and engaging partners and staff to reach strategic goals. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resource/Office Manager at Martin, Banks, Pond, Lehocky and Wilson, where Susan increased retention through team-building strategies, and as Human Resource Manager at DaVor Photography, where systems and policies were established from the ground up. Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Bethany College.
