Neha Mer is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior People Partner at OLIVER+ since January 2024. With a career spanning over a decade, Neha has held various leadership positions at Kinnect from November 2016, including Associate Director - HR, Director - HRBP, Sr. Manager - HR, and Manager - HR. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Manager - HR at Eggfirst Advertising and Design Pvt. Ltd. and Founder Director at Ubika Hr Solutions Pvt Ltd. Neha began the career as an HR Recruiter at Rightclick Placements and worked as Head of Operations at The Rising Consultancy. Neha holds a BCom degree, having completed studies at both Infant Jesus School, Malad, and Sarvodaya Balika Vidyalaya.
