With a strong foundation in the field, Vibha's career also includes positions as Senior Manager of Human Resources at an investment bank, Resource & Training Manager at IL&FS Education and Technology Services Limited, and HR at Kangaroo Kids Educations Limited. Additionally, Vibha's background includes serving as a Clinical Psychologist at Drishti, where practical expertise in counseling and psychology complemented HR capabilities.
