John Paradis

John Paradis serves as the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources at Pretium Packaging since May 2025. Previously, John held the position of Global Vice President of Human Resources at GCG from December 2020 to December 2024, where strategic initiatives were implemented to enhance organizational performance. John's extensive experience includes leadership roles at MAT Holdings, Inc., The Plastics Group Inc., GLOBAL CLOSURE SYSTEMS UK LIMITED, Sloan Valve Company, Yaskawa Electric America, ITW, and Ingersoll Rand. Educational qualifications include an MBA and an MS in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago, along with a BA from Michigan State University. John also possesses a Green Belt in Six Sigma and a certification in ADKAR Change Management.
